Skoda New Zealand has announced the winners of its 2025 Skoda Excellence Awards, with Miles Skoda taking out the top Dealer of the Year honour for the third consecutive year.
The annual awards programme recognises dealerships delivering high standards across the customer journey and overall business performance.
Skoda New Zealand general manager Alex Brown says the awards recognise dealerships that perform strongly across all areas of the operation, rather than excelling in just one discipline.
“Dealer of the Year is about doing the hard things well, everywhere, and all at once,” Brown says.
“It recognises dealerships that operate with balance, discipline and alignment, and deliver strong results across the full customer journey.”
Brown says Miles Skoda stood out for its consistent sales performance, strong aftersales operation, purposeful marketing activity and solid operational foundations.
“What sets a dealership like this apart is that nothing feels accidental,” Brown says.
“The results reflect clear leadership, well-defined expectations and teams who understand how their role contributes to the bigger picture.”
Miles Skoda’s latest success makes it the first Skoda dealership in New Zealand to secure the Dealer of the Year title three years in a row.
“To achieve this level of performance once is impressive. To sustain it three years in a row speaks to a culture of consistency, pride and professionalism,” Brown says.
