Yoogo Fleet has added mobile servicing to its Digital Concierge platform through an exclusive partnership with Turners Servicing & Repairs, letting fleet drivers have vehicles serviced or repaired at home or work.
Digital Concierge, which Yoogo Fleet describes as the first automated fleet servicing platform built by a fleet company in Australasia, comes as standard with every Yoogo Fleet vehicle. Launched in March, it uses real-time telematics to cut the time spent coordinating a service or warrant of fitness from 45 to 60 minutes of calls and follow-ups down to around two minutes, with drivers booking directly from their mobile.
Turners Servicing & Repairs becomes one of the local service provider options the platform surfaces, live for drivers across Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington. A mobile service van comes to the driver at their office or home, keeping the vehicle off the road for less time and reducing fleet downtime.
“A frustration we heard from fleet managers and drivers is that servicing was a constant admin battle. Digital Concierge took that off their plate; the vehicle flags when a service or WOF is coming up, the driver books it in, and the fleet manager knows their fleet is compliant,” says Yoogo Fleet general manager operations Dave Riches.

“Adding mobile servicing from Turners to the options we surface means drivers can now get that done with even less disruption, at their office or home.”
Turners Servicing & Repairs chief executive Richard Wafer says the partnership is a natural fit.
“By simplifying the booking process and connecting customers with a service that comes to them, we’re helping businesses reduce the time and effort involved in organising vehicle maintenance while keeping their vehicles safe, compliant and on the road,” he says.
Yoogo Fleet, part of the Speirs Finance Group, was founded in 2013 and manages vehicles nationwide for businesses from small operators to large corporates. The company was appointed to the All-of-Government panel in 2025.
